Experience You Can Count On

With over 30 years of serving Condominium/Homeowner Associations, APM has the industry know-how that only comes from hands-on involvement. We put that experience to work every day for our Associations, carrying out Board directives, doing the leg work, following up on details, making recommendations and keeping the lines of communication and cooperation open at all times. We believe maintaining a positive working relationship with our Boards, homeowners, contractors, and employees is the key to teamwork and success.

Here When You Need Us

APM is here for you around the clock. You will always get a live person, not voice mail when you call APM.  Even when your regular contact is not available, we promise to return your call or emails within 24 hours of the business day they are received. We accept homeowner maintenance requests by telephone, fax, email and through the Association’s website, affiliated with the APM website.

During normal business hours, our customer service department handles maintenance requests, opens works orders and coordinates with the property manager and Association-approved vendors as needed. During non-business hours, your calls will be answered by our live answering service, dispatching your information to the property managers if warranted.

To avoid a fine of $50.00 for Non-Emergency calls, please read our After Hours Emergency Call Policy.
