Routine Management Activities

• Attend Board meetings

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

In addition to the services outlined above for Financial Management and Consulting we will conduct weekly property inspections, attend Board Meetings including the Annual Meeting and Election, prepare management reports and Board packets for meetings that include work order and violation history reports. We also provide a 24 hour answering service for emergency calls that come in after our normal business hours.

Here When You Need Us

APM is here for you around the clock. You will always get a live person, not voice mail when you call APM.  Even when your regular contact is not available, we promise to return your call or emails within 24 hours of the business day they are received. We accept homeowner maintenance requests by telephone, fax, email and through the Association’s website, affiliated with the APM website. 

During normal business hours, our customer service department handles maintenance requests, opens works orders and coordinates with the property manager and Association-approved vendors as needed. During non-business hours, your calls will be answered by our live answering service, dispatching your information to the property managers if warranted.
